This culinary legacy took Mr A Vijayavardhan Reddy to venture into Hotels business and the flagship Minerva Grand Secunderabad came up in 2005.

The group today is engaged in running Boutique Business Hotels and Food & Beverage outlets. The portfolio at present includes six Hotels under the brand Minerva Grand, eleven multi cuisine fine dining Restaurants & Bars under name and style of Blue Fox Restaurant and seven Vegetarian Restaurants under the name & style of Minerva Coffee Shop. All the three brands are very popular in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, rest of South India and PAN India. In addition the company operates a non vegetarian coffee shop under the name Fiesta. The Group also operates two exclusive Lounge Bars at Minerva Grand Tirupati and Nellore respectively.

Hotel Minerva Grand is a boutique business hotel brand catering to all classes of travelers and serves quality food and beverage. Today group has 6 hotels with over 506 keys at Secunderabad, Banjara, Kondapur, Vijayawada, Tirupati & Nellore.
